In the bells, but its tricky to get it. the key is one of the bells you must ring them in order of quietist to loudest then the last bell will drop the key and you can get the punishment sheild wich is bar none the strongest sheild in the game and so so worth it. WebYou have to hit them in order from quietest to loudest (or lowest to highest pitch) and a key will drop out, giving you access to a blueprint.
