Difference between deism & theism
WebThe belief of the afterlife is much different than that of the Christian Theists. Theists believe that you either go to heaven or hell, based on the way you lived your life while on earth. Deists just believe that when you die, man ceases to exists, that it is all over once you die. Deists and theists disagree. Webatheism, agnosticism, deism, theism or monotheism, pantheism, polytheism, henotheism, and panentheism. Most Christians through the ages have come closest to Trinitarian monotheism, but not exclusively. We will compare and contrast these ideas. These ideas or mental models do not capture completely what God is like. God remains mysterious.
