WebThere’s a dragon encounter that happens when that dome thing is hit by a shout. OP doesn’t have a shout available because they haven’t completed Dragon Rising and gotten their first dragon soul. Higher level Draugr can shout though. Which is what OP is using to their advantage to get a dragon soul without doing that quest.
