WebMar 13, 2012 · Make sure your DWG file has all of the topo lines connected and at the same elevation. I've found it easiest to simplify and clean it up manually in CAD before importing. Once imported, switch to a shaded 3D view and manually delete the points that are at odd locations. It won't be 100% accurate but will get you more than close enough.
