Reading it, it doesn't make sense to me. I get ESA & PIP and I'm not even sure what this relates to. I haven't been able to get through to anyone. WebThe only was to check is by calling DWP PIP on 0800 121 4433. If your awaiting an assessment date then the claim will be with the Assessor not DWP. Its absolutely fine to ask for a contact number for the Assessor when you call DWP PIP. Currently there's no PIP online service at all but this is something that is being looked into.
