High folate cat
WebHi, I did a blood test recently and my folate level are abnormally high 42 nmol/l, within range is 8 or under. My b12 is 400 which I believe is fine. I'm hoping someone has advice. I don't take folic acid synthetically! Optimal B12 is in the top quarter of the range. In the normal range does not mean it is optimal.
