WebI am currently taking Metrol (Methylprednisolone 4mg) each day, along with 1000 mg of Tylenol by the time the steroids wear off (about 24 hours after the previous dose, and this is when the pain is at its worst again; repeat same situation every day). I do 3 - 5 salt water rinses per day, each time after I eat something.
