Webb1 juli 2015 · It doesn't matter what power profile you choose, it is still going to throttle and it will give you frame rates that are pretty much unplayable. You can surf the net and send some email while on battery power but beyond that, these laptops will become slow and sluggish. This is disappointing for users that have been told other wise. Put a scan tool on the car and you will see desired throttle angle versus actual throttle angle. As you increase the pedal, the actual angle spools up slower than your foot. About a 1/4 second is spot on.

(sorry for the rant!) On the M54, I've heard that the CCV is a common culprit for poor throttle response. Problems with the pedal or throttle body are rare. Checked turbo pipe to injection pump and pump diaphragm etc and good pressure when I squeeze turbo hose and rev engine.
