WebGood DPS for PvE, that doesn't care about what the rest of the team are doing, and have no extra expectations from other team members: Power Holosmith, Power Dragonhunter, Power Banner Warrior, Power Reaper. WebRits and minion masters are probably among the highest for single target dps (e.g. SoS rit = 190DPS, peak 389 damage in one sec, MM can be even higher if there's a monk to heal and there are enough corpses). For nonconditional AoE damage vs low AL targets elementalists can do quite a lot. For nonconditional armor ignoring AoE damage I dunno.
